the music that can't be seen, but felt |

two hundred and twenty second post. just back from another week in green, live firing and all. guess things can head towards the positive even when you least expect it. its like how everyone has to be so occupied with the methodical events throughout the week, interrupted by the occasional lows and seldom highs. then the countdown toward the weekend. and we just gather to live for the moments and the few hours. so things somehow eventually fall into place. im just thankful for the company of the group of friends. for the good food more importantly haha. for the chance to lose even more money on the square table. for the music back at dover. for the reflections about life in the east. for the gossip updates. for the food. and things have kind of fallen into place at home also. guess time away from home really makes one appreciate family and the warmth. i'm currently suffering from music withdrawal symptoms terribly. haha. listening to wagner's elsa's procession to the cathedral now and i love it. hopefully the band will sound amazing when i hear them on the 24th at esplanade. haha. oh oh, and definitely gonna sound better than the swedish national wind band version off youtube i hope. their intonation isn't exactly working haha. two hours to getting my butt back to camp. i think the foster's high tea yesterday and dimsum today are enough for me to endure the camp food for the next three days hahaha. performed 16:45 ©
